All my issues where solved by tom ,shelly and i had a great experience
They jerked us around with the payoff of our 2018 explorer right up to the 30 day mark they’re allowed, not they’ve messed up the registration for the new vehicle and we’re still waiting for them to “fix” it almost a month later. No one will give any answers or seems to know anything. We will not be back !!!!
We went to look at a high end used Chevy Suburban that we drove from Newport News to see. And they knew. it was disgusting. trash and stuff all in it. It was one that they had awhile. The tires were bald and they still wanted 36 thousand for it. We left quickly.
integrity and honest is definitely these people. everybody from John m. the c.o.o to Mustafa and Melvin Hall especially. Melvin Hall kept his word and they got my vehicle straight like they said they would. I definitely recommend purchasing through here as they stand behind everything they do.
John Wilson was a very helpful sales associate. made me feel welcome and got mw in and out in a flash.
Melvin and Jamall we're extremely helpful and accommodating. There was a huge miscommunication in the process which made me extremely upset. They bent over backwards to fix it and make it right and make sure my family and I are happy. I would definitely recommend them and shop here in the future.
