Pretty disappointed at the management of the used sales department. We stopped in for 2 days looking at cars. Found one we liked only to have the sales person Dave sell the car the same day we had an appointment to go further to look at it. Dave did not even call us to tell us he was selling it. We showed up 15 minutes early prior to our appointment and the car was sold. Don't expect to be appreciated or respected here. Dave even pulled our credit on Friday as we had to leave to go to work. I’ve had 30 day tags on a new Silverado 2500 since August of last year and can’t get an answer from these people. Everyone says they’ll call you back and they never do. Can’t get what I need to get plates, and they blame COVID, but the Virginia DMV said it was dealer negligence. I come from a GM family & it’s pitiful these people get to represent the brand. Go anywhere else.

Unorganized and frustrating to deal with. Called about a truck for sale at 8:50 am. Was told it’s available by Marcus and Ron Coleman. I think Ron has concrete in his shoes he moved so slow. Somehow within 10 minutes a the truck was sold the night before. Don’t waist your time.

I called the used car department to get some title and registration issues straightened out and both people I spoke with were abrasive, defensive, and short with me. I was understanding of covid delays and friendly but if this is how I get treated after purchasing a car (no feeling of “being taken care of”) then I won’t be recommending and I won’t be back.
