I was just looking for something better to drive then what I had. Went over to the Auto Group in James City didn’t know they were owned by Riverside had a bad experience with them a few years ago. But met Mr David at the other store and he was really great. Bought a Jeep from him. I pray it works out. David was truly a great person to work with. Thanks Mr David for all your help.

Worst dealership ever had to deal with. Told them what bank we are going to use so no need to run our credit just get the deal ready with the number need to call our bank. Thought they did that didn’t end up taking the deal they gave us. Couple days later found out they ran my wife and mine credit 9 different times. Tried calling them to figure it out and they sales man blamed me for giving the information to him instead of owning up to his mistake.
Absolutely Wonderful buying experience for my daughter. Salesman Lee put forth great effort in assisting her in finding the right car. I would highly recommend Lee and Riverside to others
