I have taken several of my dodges there for "only dodge can do" repairs. Each time, it is fixed but damaged other parts of the vehicle. This time it took them 5.5 days to repair a power steering pump. One day to order the parts, second day to order the fluid to be used, as it is expensive to stock?? Takes forever.
Had some warranty work done on my 2016 dart everything was done timely had a mishap with a key but the service manager help me and got the issue resolved couldn't be happier

We had a great experience at Riverside. We worked with Charlene, she was great, she heard what I was saying and got me into the car that I always knew I wanted. It didn't take as long as I thought and my new Jeep is great. Thanks
Bought a car there last week, they did a good job. John Handsel was great, he listened and asked questions and really cared to know what I wanted in a car. Sometimes its like going to the dentist to get my teeth pulled going to a car dealer. Met Donald the service manager he was pretty good to I feel better abput getting my repairs done there. They need to clean up the building a bit but overall not bad.
I will never buy a car from Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge due to the fact that they have Justin Narron working for them as a GM. I walked in there to purchase a vehicle. I then asked the sales man what was his title there. The salesman then told me he was the GM. I would never buy a car there. He should not have access to anyone's personal information due to the charges brought against him in 2012.
Really enjoyed my experience the staff was polite and let me take my time and apply all doscounts while i got my new jeep.
