I want to thank the service department at Riverside Chrysler, Jeep. I bought a used Jeep about a month ago. It came with a used car warranty. To tell the truth, I had little faith that a used car warranty was worth anything. Then the rear axle started making noise. I brought it in and a mechanic rode with me to determine what was wrong. When the service manager learned that I had so recently bought the car, he told me not to worry, he'd make sure that the warranty covered the problem. They kept the jeep a week. Had our Dodge at this dealer awaiting a part for a couple of months! We then (had to drop off our jeep for a recall (which would have left us with no vehicle) and the General Manager refused to give us a loaner car for the weekend! Classic example of customer NO SERVICE! To reiterate we own a dodge and a Jeep. As big as this dealership is, there is no excuse for not lending us a used car for two days.
