This was going to be my second car in a row that I bought from them in a row but due to Paul Stokes I'm not. I caught him in lies which I confronted him. Also while I was there is gf or wife was there also and he just wanted to spend time with her. I am on my second vehicle through Riverside and I just keep going back because of the customer service. Jermaine, who sold me my car, always follows up with me and checks in occasionally to see how things are going with me and also my vehicle. Every time I go to take my car in for service, Christine in the service department always takes good care of me and in a timely manner.
Answer the phone in service and you might have more business!
