Alex in Service was so amazing!!! My transmission on my 2015 Dodge Journey went bad, Thank God it was still under powertrain warranty!! They were having a hard time finding me a new transmission so Alex made sure I had a loaner to drive around! She was always so sweet and kept me updated! Never bought from them but their service center is full of amazing wonderful people!!! Make sure you give Alex a raise! That woman deserves it! Thank you again Alex for all that you have done!

They take advantage of older people. I have gotten 2 bad vehicles from them. they won't or don't know how to fix it. they want to sell me another one. are they crazy. I bought a 2017 jeep a demo. I have carried it back 5 times because it pulled to the right. they say it is supposed to pull like that. another dealer lined it up 4 days after newbern did, still pulling. my mechanic said the chassis is bad. they are not honest.
