Never again will I purchase from these cons, within 3 months of purchase I’ve had 4 mechanical issues and no resolution or return of phone call from these guys trying to help me! If I could I would carry this truck back and let them have the headache! Worst dealership sold me a lemon and now will not fix it!
I purchased two vehicles from here., great service. Now having my vehicles serviced here, getting more slack with each visit.
I would recommend this dealership. The workers are very friendly and the service was quick. However, I have a small child and asked specifically if there was a kid or waiting area. The woman on the phone told me they had a really nice playroom for the little ones and a sitting area for the adults. She did make it seem it wasn’t worth getting a rental car because it would only be about a 3hr wait, which I understood as she said they had a nice play area. This is for anyone that might be thinking of buying a car from Riverside Dodge. Don’t let the smiling faces fool you. I have seen there real colors. On March I traded for a new car and it’s taken until today for them to finally admit that they never paid off my loan for my trade in that’s after 3 times I told them there was a problem. Had to file a complaint with DMV to get it resolved. I have never been treated with such disrespect by Big Lee and the financial officer when I tried to get things straight.
