My fiance ' s card "accidently" got charged for an upcoming trip to Gatlinburg... at least that's what an employee said. We've been on hold for OVER AN HOUR after being hung up on twice. Needless to say we'd love to cancel our reservations!
We just stayed here and I was very worried when I saw the reviews but have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean room. Mattress was practically brand new and was comfortable. Room did look like the picture which some reviews I read said they did not. Yes it is an older hotel but that was expected and I think they've done a great job with the room updates. I don't know if all rooms are renovated yet but mine was and was great!

We stay here 2 to 4 times a year. It's a little higher but we live the location the rooms are outdated. The staff has always been very nice
The staff was great, the river view was amazing. Very clean and and comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back. My NOW beautiful wife was very happy
The service was awesome, the people are pleasant and polite and awesome we really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back
