Entrance and lobby were beautiful! Got to our room, whole different story. Super out dated, hot water handle in the shower was broke. You either took an ice cold shower, or were burned. Paint was pealing from the walls & in the tub. There was a small kitchen, cabinet doors didn’t stay closed, oven door didn’t close all the way, burners looked like a fire hazard. Chairs at the table were ripped up. Won’t be staying again. On the plus side, the location was perfect! Parked the car & didn’t move it until we left.
Was able to check in a couple hours early and got a bigger room than we reserved and it was very clean would definitely stay here again
We just spent the week here & enjoyed our stay. Close to the Parkway, friendly & helpful staff. We had issues with our water pressure & sink draining on day one and they fixed it right away and we enjoyed the rest of the week entirely! Thanks for a nice place to relax.
My 82 year old friend shared her wedding photos with me today from her September 7, 1962 wedding. She had her receipt from River Terrace that was fun to see. $14.95/night
Location is great and staff is inviting. While decor in room is older, they are making changes that are good.
Fail! High pressure sales the moment you walk in the lobby. Front desk was useless in getting us the room we reserved. Housekeeping did a poor job and really the place is a dump. Paint peeling. And in our building they held a prom which right outside our door! Save your money and go somewhere else! We won’t be back
You shouldn’t ring ppls ph off in the mornings wanting them to move their vehicle for a bus that is coming at 5 in the afternoon Js
