Bathroom was dirty but they sent housekeeping to clean it,over all it was really convenient to all the stores.
The room was very overpriced. We had a "suite" with a king size bed. Very outdated. However, the biggest disappointment was the pool. My little girl loves to swim. We went to pool and were greeted by about 15 ducks who were frolicking around in pool. Duck feces all over decking and in pool.
Well no water pressure, beds are like laying on a rock and had to go buy a mattress pad, had to have our key cards reset 3 diffrent times to get in our room, worst place we ever stayed at in Gatlinburg and will never stay here again.
Location is perfect but room's are we'll used. No bath vent peaking ceiling sheetrock screws holding trim on counter not my idea of a 4 star resort.
I did not injoy the room we stay in the river terrace and it is not a resorts it is a Hotel. And are floors ware never clean and my husband saw a bug on his cover and my daughter got bit by a bug we was not happy we wil not stay there again
