The staff was very nice. The lobby is great. Its not real dirty but the beds were awful! The sheets didn't even fit the mattresses. One bed was like a rock and the other like laying a bed of springs. The soap in the room was ridiculous excuse for soap. It was gross. The pillows were awful. The shower looked dirty and had one of those old suction bath tub mats...gross. Great value we stay here often. On the river very close to strip.
I really like that our room . It had a balcony overlooking town that was right on the creek . This would be the perfect place to stay on new year's eve. I could see the space needle from our bed . So you could lay in bed and watch the ball drop if you wanted . Very nice place . I would stay here again for sure
Wonderful view, nice size room and it was located steps away from Ripley's aquarium.
The pictures online are nothing what the rooms are really like. Pricey and the BEDS ARE AWFUL! Not a resort just a basic place with beds from the 50's to sleep on. The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location.
Was expecting to be on the balcony next to the river, but those rooms were sold out to a group. You'd think as long as I've had our reservations that they would've saved AT LEAST 1 room. Ice machine for our building didn't work, had to go 2 buildings over. I guess at least we could see a little of the mountains & could walk to downtown......
