We recommend taking a vacation with Family and friends and the service staff was very helpful and food was amazing and rooms was very clean and comfortable beds ! The scenery was breath taking and activities in abundance for all ages ! Thank you for making are stay Amazing will return for another vacation ! Wouldnt stay here again. Bar closed 2 hours early. Very disappointed couldnt get an alcohol drink.
Me, my husband, and kids came in last minute and was immediately taken care if by Donna at front desk. She was a lot of help, inviting, and very informative. The River rooms were great! The kids enjoyed it and we were literally STEPS away from downtown Gatlinburg. We WILL be back.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and had a great view from the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The discounts that they hotel gives are well worth the stay we went to the aquarium and only paid 25 dollars for one ticket! It's within walking distance to everything on the strip. We will be staying here in the future!
We have been staying here for the past few years. We love the location and have never really had any issues until this trip. Housekeeping stole our Tablet and we have tried to communicate with the hotel on numerous occasions and they still can not locate the tablet (but we have watched it jump on our netflix account) so one of their employees stole it from the room. As much as we liked staying here - unsure we could recommend it unless you lock up your valuables in your car when you are out. Hope they can resolve this but we... read more
