This was easily the worst place anyone in our group has ever stayed. Rat poop, nasty sheets, moldy bathrooms, cabinets chewed up along the bottom, furniture falling apart and we were spread across 4 rooms. None of rooms were acceptable. I will be loading pictures to accompany this review.

RecommendedGreat food is not hard to come by in some of the best Las Vegas Restaurants. But what about outstanding service? The service staff at Edge Steakhouse was superb. From the hostess down to the wait staff the dining experience was superb. Connie, Felix, Bobby and Carlos made it all happen. Top notch dining experience.
The jetted bathtub was dirty.

RecommendedThe Edge Steakhouse may not have the noteriety, sic, of some of the other strip restaurants but the food is absolutely superb and should be given a try! The bone in ribeye was aged for 40 days and cooked medium rare to perfection! When I go back I will have to try the beef Wellington as so few fine restaurants still have it on the menu. I had a truly special birthday dinner with my wife.
