Was NOT as described! Don't Let The Pictures Decieve You!Very Outdated, plumbing bad, room Old, Wonderful View Of A Closed Pool Falling Apart And A Bad Parking Lot. Overpriced. Will Not Be Staying Here Again!!!
The stay was adequate but hotel needed updates i.e., fitness center, complimentary breakfast, furniture & bedding modernized. However, the location was great with a wonderful balcony view

We love this place!!! Room are a bit outdated but very clean and reasonably price. Great staff!
I will never stay at this place again. The first room we were giving smelled. There was grease or crap all over the head board to the bed. The chairs had paint and rips all over them. The bed felt and looked to be that from the 1960's. Also the pictures online are only some of the remodeled rooms. After asking for my money back they put us in a remodeled room. When we checked this room out it smelled like gas and come to find out the gas was on in the fireplace. We had to have maintenance come turn the gas off. This room was... read more
Great location, very clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would bring our own pillows next time. We will definitely stay here again.
Got here and was given a King Bed room when I requested 2 queens. A quick call to the front desk and we were moved to a better room with a balcony over looking the river. Rooms are a little dated but it is what you expect in some of the downtown Gatlinburg properties. Got an excellent rate from Priceline and wasn't disappointed. We will be back.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Large room, very comfortable beds, nice staff, and the location was great. Will stay here again :)
