I've been living here for a couple years now and I could easily say they are one of the best apartment companies that I've rented with. Super close to the city without being in the city. Maintenance always completes orders within 48 hours. If they are not complete within 48 hours, its usually because of a missing part that needs to be ordered. We love our townhome! Nick, Jake, and T are an amazing team of maintenance men! They always say hello in passing and my daughters absolutely love them! “Are our worker guys out today?!” Is a line my 3 year old often says! I recently moved out of the DM area after living at Windsor Square for 10 years. I can highly recommend this cozy apt complex. It’s very easy to live there. After working all day, or returning from a trip, it feels good for home to be a welcoming environment. That’s what I found for the entire time I lived there. 5 stars! I highly recommend the Wyndham Villas by Broadmoor. I've been renting apartments for over 10 years and this place has been the best place I've rented to date. No place is perfect, but this place is pretty great. I especially recommend the Wyndham Villas to dog owners and those who are tired of apartment living / looking for a great transition between renting and owning. Highpointe is a great place live. The only negativity about is rent. They live up their name.
I’ve lived at Windsor Square for one year, and if I didn’t have to move due to my changing job placement, I would absolutely have loved to live here longer. The price is very reasonable, the location is SO convenient, and management has been nothing but pleasant to work with. Every maintenance need I’ve had has been addressed within 24 hours. WOW! What a great experience living here at Broadmoor Hills Marquee. We were treated like family by the staff from the moment we stepped in to the office to ask about rentals. They took the time to listen to our needs and found us the PERFECT apartment. We have underground parking, in-building mailbox, elevator to our 3rd floor apartment.
