I've been living here for a couple years now and I could easily say they are one of the best apartment companies that I've rented with. Super close to the city without being in the city. Maintenance always completes orders within 48 hours. If they are not complete within 48 hours, its usually because of a missing part that needs to be ordered. Very nice place to live. Close to the interstate as well. The staff are very friendly and always prompt to fix anything in your apartment. I’m really enjoying living here.
Very nice apartments. Wonderful friendly staff. Some maintenance staff live on site so anything needed was taken care of quickly. You can tell they appreciate their residents as they have several different things & activities during the year. Love it here!

River Park has been a great place to live while I complete my graduate degree at Creighton. It is safe, clean, friendly, and conveniently located near school. I love the amenities it has to offer such as a gym and access to the riverside trails, and the staff at River Park is top notch!

I love living at River Park! The staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and always on top of things. In addition to nice apartments, the pools, workout facility, business center, and dog park are all very nice perks. I would definitely recommend living here!
