I've lived in a lot of places over the years, and I must say, Ashbrook by Broadmoor is one of my favorites for so many reasons. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I feel like they truly care, and it shows! Having no maintenance worries is such a plus. Just a quick call, and someone comes over for ANYTHING I need. I am a big proponent of security, and I feel more secure at Ashbrook than I have ever felt in any community. We have lived at Wyndham Hill Apartments since June of 2014. We love it here!! The management staff is very friendly and helpful!! I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff. You couldn’t find a more efficient and friendly group of guys. They take care of any problems the same day. We recently had our air conditioner go out and they replaced it the same day!! I moved in to Bentley Apartments in 2014 and have been totally happy and pleased with the apartments. The staff and management are very friendly. Maintenance requests are always taken care of on time. Molly and Sarah are always ready to listen and help. Derrick from the maintenance team is a gem of a person. Great amenities and at a great location!
I’ve lived at Bentley for 3 years now and I’ve loved it. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful! And they communicate really well with tenants - whether it’s via email, text, or phone. They are so helpful when something comes up. Maintenance is also quick when I put in a request - I know it’ll get done. The grounds are well-kept and I feel safe here. I would totally recommend Bentley!
My friend and I moved in about a year ago and we love Bentley! It’s a great central location with quick access to Dodge, I-680, and I-80. The rooms are spacious and nice. The facilities are clean, our maintenance requests are seen to right away, and they are always working on improving Bentley overall. The staff are super nice and considerate, and they even treat us to food and other events periodically! I highly recommend living at Bentley or other Broadmoor apartments!
Joanna, her leasing staff and her maintainence team are a very professional and caring staff. Property and amenities are well maintained. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Great location also!
