Great place to live. I love that they have events to bring the residents together. I love the work out center and pool. Highly recommend
Management tries but falls short. My husbands work truck was stolen from this HIGH PRICE gated community!! And just recently his vehicle was broken into, and someone else had a vehilcle stolen in our building. Of course the cameras could not give police clear picture of the thive.... We have of course had the LOUD neighbor issues. Party way into the late night early morning WHEN we have to get up to go to eork the next day... LOTS OF FUN. SO THANKS NEIGHBORS...... River Park is a hidden gem when it comes to apartment living in the metro area. This place has great onsite amenities for an active lifestyle and is located adjacent to a golf course and regional trail system. Its definitely a better value to live here than Downtown Omaha.
Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and is very friendly. The grounds are always kept clean and amenities are awesome!
River Park is the greatest! Downsized to here after selling our house, and absolutely love it. Close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. Has everything we want in a home.
Riverpark has been a great place to live! Being a busy professional student I wanted to find a place that was a good place to study and had students living there. Riverpark is that and more. Pools are well maintained, workout center is great...I have been very impressed thus far!
My husband and I have lived at the River Park apartments for 3 years now. They have taken very good care of us and the property. We will be moving out to Omaha soon but we are staying in the Broadmoor family because they are so great!
