Love the people that work there but, corporate is a joke. I moved out, asked if everything was paid and was told it was. Three months later I get a letter saying I owe $80. I would recommend this place if it wasn’t for corporate. They are a joke.

I lived here for about three years and absolutely loved it! Great location--close to downtown but also not right in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. Great amenities and the apartments are very spacious. The staff is very professional and have a fast response time. Brittany in particular was amazing to work with! They even have some events for the residents which is great to meet new people. I highly recommend it to anyone!
We moved from NC to NE, I requested info from 6 different complexes, toured 3 and chose Ashbrook. They had everything we wanted including attached garage, Fitness center?, great location and pool. My two-year stay here is proof that a horrible neighbor can totally ruin the experience and one‘s opinion of the community, as a whole.
This is my favorite place to live in Lincoln in an apartment. It's right by Holmes Lake Park and I love the garage below the building with a bike rack and place to wash your car.
Great place to live! Leasing staff is awesome and rent prices are great for south Lincoln apartment living.
The property managers are great. Brittany specifically is amazing to work with and super kind. The apartment complex charges renters insurance (which is totally fine) but we have our own renters insurance that we pay for each month. We have sent copies of our renters insurance in multiple multiple times, but each time I log in to pay the rent each month there is a charge for there renters insurance. It’s annoying.
