I really enjoy living here. It is a great location since it is so close to multiple college campuses and also so close to main highways! I really appreciate the grounds and it doesn't feel like an apartment in the city typically would because of all the grassy areas, the dog park, and the golf course. It feels very homey and that's tough to find in an apartment!
I love living at Riverpark! It's secure, the people are nice, and it it convenient to get to a lot of different places! I was excited to sign another lease this year. :)
Excellent place to live. Staff is courteous and maintenance responds quickly to any and all requests. Best apartment I've ever lived in! Would recommend to anyone looking to live in Omaha!

Super chill place to live. Everyone in the office is super nice and very helpful. The maintenance guys are helpful too. They respond quickly to any request that you might have.
I have lived at River Park for four years now while in graduate school. I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I have ever made. I have never had a problem with the noise levels and have the convenience of being close to the school, downtown, and the airport. The staff at River Park are exceptional! They are willing to help you with anything that happens and a big shout out to maintenance who are faster then Jimmy Johns at repairing your request. Riverpark apartments is a great place to live. The location and amenities really make it stand out. I like living in a gated location as it provides a sense of security. The staff are always helpful & friendly. They also host fun community events where you get to know the other tenants!
I really like living here. The staff is great and so easy to work with. Maintenance is always on top of helping you out right away which I really appreciate!
My husband and I have been at River Park for 2 years and it has been a wonderful place to call home. The grounds are always kept clean, the facilities are beautiful and up to date, and the staff and maintenance are top of the line. Added benefits are the great fitness center, pools, and accessibility to walking/biking trails. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Omaha!
