Excellent accommodations, beautiful grounds and an impeccable staff with sincere hospitality.
Best in Orlando, Carmen at Concierge is the consummate professional. Refreshing to visit after so many near misses locally. Will recommend to clients and friends. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff sets the tone from the moment you walk in the lobby. You're greeted multiple times and you can really tell they excel in the customer service department. We were met by Skylar. She just transferred here after the St. Thomas location was heavily damaged. What a gift of hospitality she has for making the guest feel appreciated. There wasn’t one employee that wasn’t courteous or did not great me with a smile. The turn down service was excellent. Last minute change of outfit and I left my clothes on the bed, came back to find it hung for me.
I had a lovely experience everyone was very attentive. I had a pedicure the woman was very nice and professional. My only issue is the pricing. It is very expensive
