I spent the day at the spa and it was wonderful. The massage, facial and treatment was excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had lunch at the restaurant and it was great. Just what I needed a day to relax and recharge.
What an experience! Great staff, wonderful food, beautiful rooms and exemplary customer service. I will definitely be back!

Decided to treat my sales team which consists of 29 people to a surprise spa day to celebrate a record breaking month of sales. With less than a 24 hour (business day) notice, the amazing Ritz team, specifically Agustina and Maryam got us all booked! In addition, the day of our outing, everyone at the resort and spa treated us like royalty like they always do despite the numerous last minute changes.
