INCREDIBLE SERVICE, 5 star amenities and pampered beyond belief is an understatement! I spent last weekend at the RCGL for my birthday and I was treated like a queen from the time I checked in to the time that my husband and I left. Cake, balloons, champagne, rose petals, chocolates all courtesy of the hotel. Simply lovely!!!! Excellent Hotel with the best fitness center I have seen. Pricey as you would expect but worth the experience in many ways. The staff are pleasant and professional in behavior and the facilities are excellent. The keep the place a little too cool for my liking though.
