Excellent hotel!!! Aesthetics reflect the price point. I had a room with a balcony, double vanity, separate shower/tub and water closet... but the only grips is that bellman took 15min or so to come gather my items and baker took an additional 15min for my car.
We stayed here during Hurricane Irma as we are from South Florida. From the moment you walk in the doors you feel really welcomed. We also had a dog with us and she was welcomed with doggy rubs and head scratches. We booked the club level which was the best. The service is outstanding. I would really like to make a shout out to Jason, Trish, Holly, Adam, Louise and Danielly who all went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome during a stressful time. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Balcony and great view
I was here for a work function and the staff was wonderful for our 3 day event. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy! The grounds were beautifully kept and I can’t say enough about the staff. I don’t think I ever saw a frowning face, and it made all the difference.
