My friend and I have been visiting the spa to celebrate both our birthdays for the last 8 years (I’ve been going for the last 10). We’ve always enjoyed it so much because it felt so special. This year was very good, but didn’t feel quite as special -didn’t feel the employees were quite as engaged and my massage therapist seemed to be rushing through the service.
