We sneak into your pools all the time, Excellent service, And good lemon water! Keep it up slaves.
Some great staff and some management personnel that are not even close to what you should expect at a Ritz.

We had a great time! Bernice took great care of our room! And a shout out to George for fixing our tv. And a huge shout out to Evangeline at the salon for making me feel pretty! She did an excellent job on my hair and make-up. The spa was awesome and I loved the spa pool. I highly recommend ordering a Bento box for lunch! Delish!

Premiere resort in Orlando!! Great amenities including the lazy river. Fun for ALL ages... Stayed here during our visit to Disney and Universal. Half way to both parks.
Not an expense but an experience. Children and pets are always treated with such respect and care. Always a win.
