For the past week we have had the time of our lives as we celebrated our 11th Anniversary, as well as enjoyed a fabulous family vacation. We had one of our first memories in the Ritz Carlton in Pentagon City, so we figured why not continue the tradition. Thank you for all the love shown to me and my family. We look forward to more days in Orlando living the Ritz Carlton life.

Had a perfect wedding ever detail was taken care of
My husband and I LOVED everything about this hotel! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Sent to our room, was a truly unexpected surprise....balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was so kind and friendly! Over the years, we have stayed at many Disney Deluxe Resorts, and were never treated this well. We didn't want to leave! When the opportunity arises, we will definitely return. Thanks to everyone!

We stay at Ritz's often (3 different one's the last 3 weeks). By far, the Ritz at Grande Lakes in Orlando is our favorite. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure to be here. The staff is wonderful and they do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The housekeeping staff is wonderful in keeping the rooms clean and replenishing towels in the evening with turn down service. From the moment we walked in the door it was royalty treatment. This hotel loves children. The staff will do anything for you. They greet the children the same as they do the adults. The grounds are magnificent and there is something for every age. I would highly recommend this hotel.
