My wife and I have been to many Ritz Carlton in Florida and abroad and we grown to love this Ritz Carlton to the point where the last 5 years we return every year for our birthday and anniversary. One of the finest properties in Central Florida. We travel a lot, so it has to be impressive to for us to leave a 5 Star rating. Service is outstanding, staff all friendly and gracious, location is ideal, close enough to the action while being it's own secluded oasis, and facilities and restaurants are all top notch. First time here, got the executive room with my Amex platinum card. Best bang for the buck, came with 100 dollar credit, but the front desk took my experience to another level. They added 150 credit for my parents to enjoy their breakfast buffet with us. This is what I call top notched service. One of the best hotel I stayed at. Will sure come back here again and again. Carrie Mathieu at Ritz-Carlton in Grande Lakes, Orlando, Florida has certainly lived up the "Gold Standard" of Ritz-Carlton when it comes to providing customer service and problem-solving. I had my bachelorette party by the by the pool and had the time of my life! Kyle, Samuel, and Mike behind the bar went above and beyond to provide me and my girls with the best service. Delicious food and great drinks!
