We went here with some very special friends for a one night stay, From the very moment they open your car door and help you out of it they make you feel some very welcome and that nothing is any trouble at all for them. The atmosphere is like no other hotel I have ever stayed in, so relaxed , so quite , so calm. Can’t wait to have another trip to Orlando and stay here.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff is sincerely interested in helping you! Love the Green Bamboo sent that the hotel uses.

If you are a vendor and renting out an entire ballroom, making a paying customer park all the way past the JW Marriott probably isn’t the best idea when there is PLENTY of space next to the convention space. Other hotels/venues in the area are more accommodating
