Always a pleasure coming back to the Ritz, where we actually are remembered, by name, even after a two-year hiatus. It is a beautiful property, and the warmth and graciousness with which one is treated by the staff speaks volumes about this entire establishment. A class act. Our preference will always be the Ritz Carlton.

...as always, here we got an immaculate service. It’s an outstanding place to stay.
Everything is fabulous. The beds are so soft and comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. My kids have really liked all the options on tv such as Netflix and HBO on demand. The only negative is they are currently doing lots of construction.
I’m extremely frustrated right now. I’ve been waiting for my room to be ready for the past 7 hours. I was told my room was ready after 4 hours only to find out that the balcony’s are available for use bc of exterior painting. I immediately called to switch rooms and was told housekeeping was in our new room and would be notified by phone shortly. It’s been almost 3 hours and still no room is ready. I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past 12 years. What’s going on with the service?
