Great staff...highly professional and service-oriented!!!
We have had an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes! Every person we have encountered has been extremely kind and courteous. Brandon at the spa made us feel very special and everything, from the room to the grounds, is luxurious. The food and room service are delicious and spa is extremely private and relaxing. we will come back here as often as we can.
The service and experience were amazing. Carmen gave a fantastic massage and was so helpful. I’ll be back!

Played a couple of rounds, great course thoroughly enjoyed it. Todd the starter and Greg Koch at the pro shop made it a great experience.
Great cocktails and vibe at Highball & Harvest. Golf course was nice too... good conditions, not too difficult and a fair layout.
Bella and I enjoyed our stay more than I can ever explain. The Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Grande Lakes is beyond fantastic! Five stars for sure and plan to be pampered with excellent service.
I played a round of golf. It was a perfect day. The course is in incredible shape. And the staff were awesome. Can’t wait to shoot another round.
