I love this hotel it's absolutely beautiful! I got the 80 min massage and it was heaven. The people were nice, and great service.
Just love the Ritz here in Orlando- from the Highball & Harvest Restaurant- (my new favorite of all time) to the pool attendants (Jude from the Islands, etc) to the servers - no specific name because they were ALL GREAT! We will be back & bring friends with us for a golf weekend. This is a 5 ***** Hotel in my book! Thank you thank you thank you.
The only issue I had is the bus that took us to sea world never showed up to bring us back!!!Waited 45 minutes in the hot sun with my pregnant gf only to pay $20 for a cab to get back to the ritz:)a free drink would have been nice:)
The location and the service are close to perfect!
Stayed here one night during a hurricane and they were exceptionally welcoming and pet friendly. The hotel had very traditional Floridian decor but still was very glamorous and inviting. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy all of the amenities during the storm, but have heard the golf course, pool, and spa are fabulous. I really liked how the hotel wasn't overwhelmingly large and was simple to check, get your car, ect. Nice selection of restaurants and very laid back atmosphere.
My husband and I had a spa day there as part of my birthday � celebration . Amy was great. She took good of care me. We were even provided a surprise romantic birthday treat.. Customer service provided by the staff was awesome !
I booked an afternoon tea for my wife's 40th birthday. As expected, the Ritz Carlton staff and experience were top top-notch. The tea selection was incredible. The sandwiches and pastries - excellent. The atmosphere and service can't be beaten. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday when I made reservations. When we arrived there were custom menus sitting on our plates, entitled "Cara's 40th Birthday Tea". A very nice touch. We wake up with NO hot water, the mananger has no time to help us. Looks like the whole building has no hot water, stay away from this hotel !!! Worse experience ever.
Beautiful property. Outstanding service. The Spa services were great. It was my first time at the property and I would go back.
