Day 3 of 6 day stay. Excellent service, friendly staff.
We highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Grand Lakes. The food, service, and accommodations are world class.
The spa and the spa staff was amazing ! Especially loved the lady , who is a spa attendant from Romania ( didn't get her name ) .
We had a fantastic weekend. The service, amnenities, and food were all fantastic!
We played the golf course and loved it! The course was immaculate and the hospitality was superb. We will be back!
The Ritz is located in a peaceful gated area out of Orlando. The staff is very well mannered and helpful. The dining was fabulous. I enjoyed the massage parlor for the day along with a private adult pool only. When I arrived back to the room every evening there were plenty of fresh clean towels and the bed linens had been turned down. We were offered rich chocolates and water every night.
