O resort e lindo, tudo muito limpo e organizado os funcionários super prestativos.
Awesome highly recommended spa located between Ritz and J.W. Marriott. Marriott has these cool little bikes you can use to ride around properties with a minimal cost. Lazy river also quite interesting with all the tropical foliage. Very nice.
Beautiful property. Excellent service and great employees...Food is WAYYYYY overpriced for the quality and presentation. If you are going to charge $18-$28 for a salad and a piece of fish, can you at least serve the lettuce crispy and cold? And maybe add a little presentation? I have been here alll week and have been dumbfounded by the lack of creativity in presentation...and have had at least 8 salads in 4 different restaurants...step it up Ritz. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is SUPERB!!! My family and I spent the weekend and I couldn't ask for more. The Hotel, the staff, the pool environment and the restaurants were spot on. Other Hotels should send their empoyees to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for training!
Bella'DE Club had a great time at the Spa. We had massages and facials . The Vitality cafe provided food and cocktails service by the pool. We had a great time! #BellasDEClub
We had our 26 Anniversary celabrated last night, and everything was just perfect!! We were treated in a very special way in every matter!! The staff was wonderful and the Hotel facility is amazing!!! The staff at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando went way above and beyond. The catered to every need my family had while we were there. Looking forward to returning soon.
Had day passes. It was great. I didn't want to leave. Every thing was sooo great. No words. Happy fun relaxing No kid sorry kids my are all grown up.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we were so well cared for! Our room was lovely and everyone was so sweet to our daughter. Looking forward to our next stay!
