Room was beautiful; over looking the spa pool. Staff was wonderful; above and beyond to make sure needs were met. We are low maintenance, but still always asking what they can do. Addressed us by name and a nickname which I loved. I need another day by the pool:)
Great hotel in an excellent location. Very courteous, and professional staffs. The self parking lot is a little pricey and far from the facility though.

I went to Sunday brunch on New Years Day with a group of friends and it was awesome!!! I am devistated that they will no longer be doing brunch after this weekend. What a shame. It is my understanding that it has only been going on for the past few months but the chefs no longer want to do it. So sad. The food was great. The value was on point. The staff was, well, it's the Ritz, need I say more. There no better way to share a Sunday meal than a wonderful brunch in a beautiful setting. This will be missed.
Outstanding service, the rooms are exceptional, the quality of the beds are amazing, everyting is extremely neat and clean just how I need it to be, if you are looking for an extraordinary service/hotel experience, this is the one, very satisfied, def. the ultimate choice if staying in Orlando!

My friend and I had an amazing spa day yesterday! Pampering plus! The facial by Deborah was pure bliss and Claudia did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. Every member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our day the best!
I have the privilege of attending a conference here every year. The property is absolutely stellar in every way. The facilities and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The food is always phenomenal. With that said, it's the impeccable, polite, courteous, professional staff that sets The Ritz experience apart. Already looking forward to visiting next year!
