A girlfriend and I came for a quick getaway, our first time at a Ritz-Carlton. We were blown away by the extraordinary customer service. We checked in at 10am and our room was ready. The maids in the hall welcomed us. We both have high standards of service, working in the service industry, and the staff at your property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property but there was no usable fridge in room it was only two beers deep and they had it full and charged a fortune for it and I wanted to put my own stuff in it and they charged 25$ to take theirs out! I can get a breakfast at the American inn , you had to buy the tubes couldn't just use them of course I left mine behind for them to resell , the spa pool had no shade, the valet cars got best spots I had to park far away, 6 chicken wings 22$ everything very expensive and not really good , been to better
We had dinner at Norman's and our server, Wilson Rivera, was absolutely fantastic! The food was DELICIOUS! Great experience!
I would have thought that their in room climate control would have been better; otherwise, it was nice.

Wonderful hotel, exellent staff and food amazing
Our family wants to recognize and Evelyn and the staff at The Ritz-Carlton for surprising our son with out being asked with a beautiful platter of gourmet derserts. Evelyn even sang Happy Birthday and gave my son a big heart felt hug. It was so thoughtful. The Hotel is beautiful and centrally located.
