Everything was absolutely perfect, right down to the last detail! It's such a pleasure to stay at a beautiful resort that is so extremely animal-friendly! Not only did our precious furbaby LOVE it, we also got to see and meet Prissy Pig and her gang out at the pool last evening - what a wonderful surprise and treat! Absolutely fantastic experience! Its a beautiful resort with great views.... the attached jw marriots opens up all its facilities to the Ritz residents and vice versa.... thats doubles up all the resort perks! Kids above 4 are entertained well through your stay ....
Great and beautiful place to stay, we booked a room for 5 people and they put us in one for 4 , we had put our things away when we realized it was the wrong room, we had to pack again ang be moved to a different room, other than that great place to stay
Love the hotel, staff was amazing, food was way over priced at Norman's for what you got.
Shoddy service, have to ask multiple times for service requests and matience issues. Zero sound proofing in the room, I don't want to hear the adjacent rooms TV at 1am and I certainly don't want to hear them arguing. Norman's restaurant huge disappoinment.
went for brunch, beautiful hotel, everyone was so very nice and attentive as should be. The grounds are beautiful! Steve and Austin the Harvest and Highball were great
