I love this place fit for a Queen when she leaves home.the service is always friendly and on time with everything����
My daughter planned a dinner for a friend, my husband and myself! With help from staff she was able to arrange for her friends son who is in the Navy to sneak in, and as the servers placed our dinner down the young man served his mom, at first she didnt notice, until I told her to thank her server, she looked up, and just broke down, she got up hugged and kissed him, as his younger brother in the other side of the table(who didnt know either) ran up to both with the biggest hug) food and service was excellent! Grande Lakes is our go to staycation and spa. Never a let down, expectations always exceeded. Lifetime customers here!
I stayed here for my honeymoon everything was excellent.... The ppl, the food, our suite. I'm ready to go back and enjoy another getaway. Thanx again hubby for an unforgettable weekend!!!!!
I stayed there for a week. With my company. The food was great, the fitness center is clean and amazing. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable. The pillows too soft for my liking. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Spent 10 days at Lakeshore but wanted one more night. Great service and love the pool Usually visit Grande Lakes property and stay a night or two at beginning or end of stay at Ritz. The reason we found the place. Can't say enough about the staff at the resort and the golf course.

I would recommend this for a business stay but it's a massive hotel and impersonal. The service is good but I wouldn't give it a great. If I said it was great it would need to match the Ritz London which it comes nowhere near. The extra mile and attention to detail is missing. Stayed at both the Ritz and the Marriott next door and there isn't a great deal of difference, maybe the Ritz is a bit more sophisticated and the Marriott better geared for families. I had a very nice time here and would come again for business only.
