nice place, nice service.. just house cleaning is pretty shoddy on amenities replacement, bathroom floor not mopped, skipping turn down servicing.. hmm

I just took my girlfriend to the Ritz for our anniversary this weekend and it was amazing everyone was awesome, the bundle I originally wanted to book wasn't available the following day when I called to book but when I arrived they upgraded me to the room that I originally wanted without me asking or anything! We will definitely be going back!
This past weekend my boyfriend and I stayed at the Ritz for the first time. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we pulled up. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks watching the sunset, the gorgeous view from our room and the Spa. I highly recommend checking it out. You get to enjoy the benefits of the spa all day long, very relaxing. Already planning the next trip to come back!
What an incredible venue. South Florida's Heatwave band loved performing there. Always great to be in Orlando
The Ritz lived up to all my expectations and delivers service like I was a queen! Wish I could afford to stay at this hotel chain every time I go out of state! You can't go wrong with choosing the Ritz, top notch customer service and kindness.
