We are from the U.K and flew over to the U.S to get married at The Ritz Carlton Grande-Lakes in 2005. Simply amazing, can't wait to return in July 2015 for our 10 year anniversary! :)
I love this place! It's so beautiful and the staff here are amazing.

As expected, service was top notch. Everyone from the valet to room service was outgoing and welcoming. Room had awesome view from 12th floor. Afternoon tea in lobby lounge was awesome. Highball and Harvest is a nice addition to their restaurant line-up. Will definitely be back for another "staycation."
Best spa on planet Earth! What a gorgeous place. Staff so professional and courteous.
