Shame I can't put a half star as a review. Staff is really underskilled, arogant. Would advise the owner to get all calls recorded as staff can't remember what they say to customers on the phone.
Smooth transaction from start to finish. Purchased a few scissor lifts and a forklift from the auction and all of the lots were exactly as described! Used their transport team and they responded to my query almost instantly, the price was amazing, the driver we had went above and beyond to help us out when we faced issues removing two of the lifts from his bed. Lovely team at Maltby. Cannot recommend them enough!!! Thanks guys :)
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, specifically their Netherlands and UK offices. Their staff is arrogant, uncooperative, and downright dismissive of customer concerns. Instead of making the process smooth, they create unnecessary obstacles and make life extremely difficult. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Them individuals at RB Auction tried to cheat me on VAT return when buying for export but luckily the dodgy scheme was uncovered. THIS ACTIONS TOWARDS THE BUYERS IS DISGUSTING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE. AVOID AVOID AVOID
