This dealership is the epitome of sleazy, slimy, and disgusting car salesmen! Mitch claims he was told by Ernie Lee to bully and lie to customers!
They quoted us a price and we agreed to it but when we got into the office with the finance manager and started signing papers they changed the price ? Told us they just miscalculated ? Total bait & switch and trust me it was no accident because they tried hard to raise the price without us noticing. If they truly miscalculated then you come and tell us that up front not try to conceal it from us. Now I get why it has such a bad reputation. Save yourself the headache and go find a another Subaru dealership.
Brady Wagner did an excellent job helping me and my wife buy a new Outback. We are new to Montana and new to Subarus, and he is very knowledgeable about the entire line of vehicles and was patient as we figured out which model and trim we wanted. He wasn’t aggressive at all and even made suggestions about mixing the features we wanted with a lower trim to get within our budget.
