Great customer service and knowledgeable sales personnel. Especially Doug in sales was so very helpful and nice. Answers all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied and well taken care of. This is our 3rd Subaru we ya r purchased from them. Love that they take the time to sit in the car with you and explain every single feature and demonstrate it all. Will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends. Thank you!
They did not honor the deal they quoted us. When we asked for them to honor it they said they got a different gm and they denied promising what they told us they would do. Would not recommend
I had a pleasant experience with the folks at Rimrock Subaru, especially TJ Twiddy! Helpful and thoughtful. We came to a fair price on my trade and on the new Subaru. Best selection I've seen in Montana for new Subarus. Stay strong Twiddy!
Very efficient and friendly.
Friendly enough service for my oil change but tried to charge me for fully synthetic when my car doesn’t require it. If I hadn’t double checked I would have paid double. The website says they provide free car washes with service but I did not receive one.
We appreciated the attention to detail by the service representative. He inspected our car with us before servicing it. Service was quick and efficient.
Traded in my Impreza on a 2019 WRX and had a great experience. Trey and Arthur helped with the sale and arrived to get me a good deal. Pete helped with the finance and is an awesome guy. He made me a deal so great for my trade in and purchase of the new car that I didn’t have to ask if he could do any better. Bill completed the financing with me and got me a great rate and I ended up walking out with a better car with the same payment. Pleased with my experience and a big thanks to Trey, Arthur, Pete, and Bill.
They were very polite and helpful, My car runs great and they even washed my car!
