My friend has a leased Outback. We called to see Lease end options. She has been on terminal hold on cell phone for over an hour. Cell phone is now plugged into charger- so it’s virtually a land line. We called Billings Subaru to get information. Crystal, the finance lady was unable to help-stating she’s just at a desk back there-she doesn’t know anything! She then tried to transfer my friend to Sales.....yeah....we really want to go through this again! Save time- go elsewhere!
