When I went to Rimrock Suburu I was very leery having heard about the poor customer service in the past. I was so pleasantly surprised by my wonderful experience there. My sales woman, Tamara, was so helpful and friendly! I really enjoyed working with her. She felt like an instant friend. Working with the general manager, Henry, was also great! We have been waiting 2 weeks for an answer on my husband's car on whether or not a Subaru warranty will be covering his faulty transmission. We are pretty upset with the lack of information we've been getting and it seems like a long time to be waiting for an answer. His Subaru started making a strange noise a while ago, found out the engine will need replaced along with the transmission.
