Brad and the team at Rimrock Subaru were fabulous. I found the vehicle I wanted through their website and went in to make a deal. They gave me a fantastic and fair price for my trade-in and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted. There was no pressure to consider a more expensive model or any sales gimmicks to get me to spend more. They treated me as if I were the boss.

Did a good job explaining the situation and the cost for repairs. Got the part quickly and installed expertly. Got the service advisor to answer questions that I had about future services. Easy to schedule. Spoke to the parts person and ordered additional parts and he updated my contact information. Beautiful facility with snacks and refreshments. Both times they washed my vehicle very well. A plus all around.
