We recently purchased a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from Rimrock Subaru. It was easily the most positive, no pressure, hassle free car buying experience that I have ever had and I give all the credit to our salesperson, Jesse King. Great experience! We came into to trade in our outback and buy a new Subaru! Brad was fantastic! I responded through Carfax and got an almost immediate response. I literally bought my car through text messaging. So easy and so fast. After a very short haggle and price was agreed on and the next day I visited the dealer and walked out 45 minutes later with my new ride. The people were so friendly and helpful. Five star service!
Car purchasing is not one of my favorite things to do. The staff at Rimrock made this a painless, refreshing transaction. I left feeling that Rimrock really did me a "solid".I will for sure use them again should I need a new vehicle.
Rebecca helped me to secure the car I wanted over the phone. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions. She and Mike also made the pickup process very easy.
