We recently purchased a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from Rimrock Subaru. It was easily the most positive, no pressure, hassle free car buying experience that I have ever had and I give all the credit to our salesperson, Jesse King. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable about the entirety of the Subaru line and spoke to all the important components of the Crosstrek and explained the differences in trim level in detail. Car purchasing is not one of my favorite things to do. The staff at Rimrock made this a painless, refreshing transaction. I left feeling that Rimrock really did me a "solid".I will for sure use them again should I need a new vehicle.
Brad was very welcoming and helpful with me getting a new car freshly 18 with no co signer. He stayed after store hours to help me understand everything and made sure the car was still waiting for me the next day. (He also had ducks)
I went to the dealership looking for a Subaru and Don was the first one to approach me and was very welcoming and so helpful throughout the whole experience. We had a bad experience at the Toyota dealership right before we came to Subaru…… Don made my family and I feel very comfortable we had such a good time picking out the perfect car with him. Would 100% recommend going to this dealership if you’re looking for something safe and reliable!!
Rebecca helped me to secure the car I wanted over the phone. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions. She and Mike also made the pickup process very easy. Rebecca was able to go over the car with me, I signed some papers, and I was on my way. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I love my new Forester Wilderness!
