Love my old Outback and the folks at the service desk are a delight, but two hours for an oil change, electronics check is ... a bit long.

This place is a joke.. they literally bully people into buying cars. The salesman have no choice but to harass customers to get them to buy a car because of they don’t they get fired. Not anybody’s fault but your own that you couldn’t afford that new building.

Bought my first car here, I'm 19 and a mom so I was nervous buying a car by myself but yet I was assured it was a perfect family car, they made it look good from the outside. The radio doesn't work, shocks need replaced, battery terminals are corroded, brakes are horrible, tires sucked, tire sensors are all busted, wires to head lights were busted. and had a bunch of loose hoses. Absolutely ridiculous. Bought a 2013 Subaru Forester over a month ago. They had to finish testing it and put in a new motor for oil consumption which is fine. I know that takes time. What is not fine is telling me it'll be done Friday...oh no now its Monday...nope it'll be this Friday now...just kidding! It's this Monday AND they'll deliver...SIKE! Now the tpms sensor is going off! That sensor was going off when I bought it. Which meant they had over a month to fix it. They never called with these updates. I had to waste my ... read more
