I came to the dealership 3 times! Each time they would say something completely different! They told me I had a deal approved, and they changed the deal every time in a more negative way! They made me wait hrs for nothing! I am just glad I didn’t buy anything at this dealership!
Everyone was really very helpful and so kind. Eric Olson was my salesman and he made the process so easy. I recommend them completely!
service dept was Terrible! was told one thing on phone, but after I drove 150 miles to get there for service, the story changed. terrible customer service, and I will do my best to spread the word.

Perhaps as a car dealership you should work on getting car titles to people who have purchased your vehicles. I see by the comments that is a, sadly, common problem

i been at a few dealerships in town and when stop at Rimrock subaru there was a sales person named Patrick was very nice and help me find what i was looking for and got me in the truck so i had the up most respect for Patrick Thank You for helping me for what i was looking for.
