I live 2 hours away and had been talking with this dealership over the phone. They had guaranteed me a price on a vehicle if I came up to Billings that weekend. When I got up here the vehicle they guaranteed me a price on, they had sold. Two hours after being on the dealership they gave me a monthly that I had already told them I couldn't do. I even emailed the GM about this because of my frustration and got a generic "thank you for visiting rimrock Subaru" email back.

Jason was wonderful and very helpful when I was looking at my new car! Jeorge was wonderful when I had an issue with an alarm system that wasn’t supposed to be in my vehicle. The rest of my experience with this dealership’s customer service was absolutely horrid and a complete nightmare.
Luke Dovel & Chris (the sales manager) were AWESOME to work with! They were very patient, kind and had great senses of humor!!! I would highly recommend these fellas at Rimrock Subaru. If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, don’t pass these guys up!! I’m so happy to be going home a proud Subaru owner!!!
Just bought our new Outback @ Rimrock Subaru. Salesman Jason & sales Manager Chris were a great team. They treated us very well. � We would definitely recommend you drive to Billings for your new car.
Three months after purchasing the vehicle, I'm still trying to get the title and register the vehicle Title took two months to get, then the dealership forgot to release the previous owners lien, so waiting even longer for them to do their job with the paperwork.
