Horrible business. When I chose not to purchase a vehicle at the outrageous price they offered, they ordered the vehicle for me anyway. Imagine my shock when I got an email congratulating me on my new Subaru!! When I called and asked about why they placed the order, they responded saying they had to place the order to get a price quote.
I was asked to leave a "hold deposit" on a vehicle I was interested in, as I live out of state, and couldn't make it to Billings for a few days. We decided to purchase from a different dealership, and asked for the "hold deposit" back, as we signed NO paperwork with Rimrock, and were assured it had been refunded on my card. Well, 11 days later, I finally got my deposit back - after calling a general sales manager and emailing the store manager. After nearly losing my Subaru to a freak financial upset, the GM manager B.J Johnson took matters into his own hands and somehow figured out a way to keep me in my car. B.J is not a typical car salesman, he is truly invested in customer satisfaction and as long as he is there, I will continue doing business with Rimrock Subaru.
