Service was great and quick. The waiting area is very comfortable.
We live in a world full of greed with no chance for decent and honest work related transactions. My van had a check engine light on so we went to right Toyota, last time ever, and we were told that the check engine light is not a serious matter. Anyways, we accepted the diagnosis fee of $150 and all of the sudden it became an $800 plus job. The parts cost ****** for 2 wires and the installation was $ 545 dollars to install a wire. I would give this a minus star if possible. In my 73 years on this earth, I've bought 30+ cars, and this was by far the absolute worst experience ever. The sales staff was aggressive, rude, condescending, and lied about their inventory multiple times, lied about the "market adjustment," and a number of other things. Price quoted for an oil change and tire rotation was 96,95 versus the $110.00 actually charged. Both prices are before taxes, No explanation was given when asked as to why the difference.Also, vehicle was released without the in need of maintenance display turned Off. I had drive back to the dealership to have it turned off, I consider this careless service.

We instruct our staff to notify customers there is an additional charge per quart above 5 quarts of oil.
